Tech Tuesday: Nokia Tri-Quarter

For those of you that may not know, a Tri-Quarter is a Federation scanning device used for Medical, Geological, Biological, Radiological, Technological, Positronic, Neurological, and many other types of scans. hand held, portable, and accurate. Nokia has just developed their first prototype. Designer Rune Larson has made a name for himself coming up with simple, but unique new takes on the cellphone. The shape-shifter concept works by incorporating two layers of plastic into his design—one flexible layer and one hard layer with liquid inside. The liquid would be pushed between the layers, forming different shapes on the surface.
As you can see in the pics, a variety of keyboards could be generated using this technology. Nokia hasn't really had any big releases since their first camera phone released in 2003. They better bring the heat with this one. [Tuvie]
