US Supreme Court For Gun Rights

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today that a sweeping ban on handguns in the nation's capital violated the Second Amendment right to bear arms.

The justices voted 5-4 against the ban, with Justice Antonin Scalia writing the opinion for the majority.

At issue in District of Columbia v. Heller was whether Washington's ban violated the right to "keep and bear arms" by preventing individuals -- as opposed to state militias -- from having guns in their homes.

Now is the aim really to protect your Constitutional rights or perhaps insure that guns are kept in our DC streets? With guns kept in the DC streets violence will only escalate. This would be beneficial to those supporting Sustainable Development and population control. Try and look beyond the whole Amendment bs...you only use guns for one thing, to kill or control. They want guns in our DC streets...can you figure out why?
