This fiberglass sculpture represents Summer to the fullest. School has ended, and books are the last thing on your mind. Lets be honest, when Summer comes around it gets all hot and you notice people look a hell of a lot better than they did during the winter. Just outta no where you'll be like "damn when'd she get all that"! It's a bit more than looks, I almost want to say that there is something in the air. You can see things warming up in the pants, clever symbolism by artist Ivan Witenstein. The flames the youth in the sculpture are wearing represent Summer love...or Summer lust. Their embrace is amateur but passionate, a contrast created by their childlike features. The greatest feature of this piece is the middle finger gesture to whoever gets offended by it. Of course you gotta flick people off, it's your way of telling the world..."I do what I do, and You do what You can do about it". More of the artist work here
So guys and gals go find that Summer love or lust, Wayne said it best..."safe sex is great sex, better wear a Latex...cause you don't want that late text, that I think I'm late text...so wrap it up"
