Vans works together on a project with Taka Hayashi.
A self taught painter / illustrator / graphic designer, Taka was born in Yokohama, Japan in 1971. He moved to the U.S. in 1981 and relocated himself in Santa Monica where the early 80’s Skateboarding scene had a huge impact on his life & art. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihe_RsFBGvZNud2rGZYOdgmFnP_XE9IlBdUJgmpdnZcgEg8qZtoyjt8fLUw_0c6NIq3QYuMLdhEIIEkOOMf3IVIP-W7l3NVq488kYrE_64tcyWmjG5tuOenrPOPey6AoZKRpkvoi2tqvO2/s400/takahayashi_vans2.jpg)
