His business, for what it was, was rather professional. He had a full office, employees, and even 24-hour support service. He was charged with intent. After some talk with the lawyers Mr. Emory has agreed to a plea bargain to keep his partners and friends out of jail. He will serve 5 years in prison for distributing millions of cannabis seeds.
