Intel World Mural Project

Looks like every big company is getting artsy these days. Intel plans spread its global wings by "commemorating its 40th anniversary in asking young people around the world to share their unique perspective on “what computers will empower us to do” over the next 40 years. The result was the World Mural Project: youth in 21 countries and 14 US States collaborating together to create the world’s largest youth-developed digital mural. So what’d they do? Intel volunteers worked with young people who participate in the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network, an after-school program for youth in underserved communities in more than 20 countries. With the help of the volunteers, and renowned digital muralist Favianna Rodriguez serving as the World Mural Project’s creative director, more than 75 Clubhouses in the United States, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa contributed to the World Mural Project". It's good to see big companies like Intel trying to bring people closer together through art.
