McDonalds New Clever Marketing Scheme

In business I can't stress enough that it's all in the presentation of the product. You can sell a mud-pie to someone as long as it looks good, or you use a clever marketing strategy to get people interested. Late nights after partying when you're smacked an wasted DC never really has OD late night spots. Most joints close early during the week. As much as I hate the food, I'll admit McDonalds hit the spot a few times...but how do you know whether or not McDonalds is still serving breakfast? Well, usually you just check your watch. If it's earlier than 11:00 am, they are. If it's later, they aren't. Some people can't tell time? So one Chicago McDonalds has you covered.Every morning at the McDonalds across from Wrigley Field, a gigantic, Dr. Robotnik's egg cracks open to reveal a yolk that says "Fresh Eggs Daily." When breakfast time is over, it closes back up until the next morning. This way people can see whats good from their cars or even homes...a great marketing ploy by McDonalds.

  2. I was thinking about if they put a gaint egg like that at a McDonald's in times Square. Except when the eggs opened I'd have a baby chicken come out and have the tagline "Always Fresh" LOL...

    Mcdonalds 24 hour stores have def. saved my life a couple times after late night partying. Can we say Dollar Menu!!

  3. I was thinking about if they did the same thing to a McDonalds, can you imagine a giant egg like that in the middle of Times Square.
    Except instead of just the egg, I'd put a baby chicken and have the tagline say "Always Fresh". lol

    McDonalds 24 hour stores have def. saved my life on several occasions after being up all night. Nothing beats getting a 3 course meal from the dollar menu!
