Tech Tuesday

Tough Grubbies You're Not Getting In Here!Sometimes there is just no substitute for safety. Art Lebedev has create a safety measure that makes it impossible for crooks and hoodlums to break in. Thankfully, the geniuses at Art Lebedev studios have now come up with a solution in the form of the Defendius door chain, but you better act fast -- we hear it's available for one day only. click for info

All In One
We've seen neat and tidy ways to stick all your charging gadgets in one place before, but the new Sanctuary charger takes the biscuit by having all the wires and plugs you may need already built in. Ok, so it's actually got a power source with 11 different types of plug plus a USB socket under its lid, but that means it's apparently compatible with over 1,500 gizmos. Add in the fact that its looks are actually not bad, and you've got a winner. With one drawback: It cost Bread! So if you have wires all over your work area, cop one asap. info [Bluelounge via Geeky gadgets]

Cooking On The Fly

This is the Whirlpool Range concept. I mean designer Weston Boege has made it look all very nice, with those curvaceous lines and wooden accents. And his design squeezes in a small oven and stove-top gas burners, along with track-style wheels for mobility. We assume you'd use this to cook near the dining table or outdoors. Another iPhone killer?

It seems every week another competitor comes out with a different iPhone killer. Last week we showed you this joint, well this week we’ve learned that Sprint will release the Samsung Instinct in June. The complete touchscreen phone features a reconfigurable home screen, music, and TV features. Sprint is reportedly also pushing the envelope with a $100 Million marketing plan. In order to saty in the game, our advice: keep innovating Apple!

New Sprint Black Crackberry
Sprint just got in these dope all black crackberrys. If you use Sprint you're getting GPS, a 2 megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth, "enhanced" web browsing, and the usual suite of Sprint music and TV services. The all black is a good look, although the Crackberry touch will be due to release soon so you may want to hold off.
