Photography: Dominican Republic

I remember my first trip to the DR, 9th grade and I was still dead fresh. The DR environment is remarkable, beautiful white sand beaches, and clear blue waters. The aquatic life is equally amazing, as I was nearly attacked by a small octopus while attempting to hunt for fish with hand-made wooden spears.
The locals are friendly and easy to make friends with. Even though you may temporarily be confined to enjoying paradise through these pictures, you can take a trip through the lens of Atisha Paulson. Paulson is a NYC-based photographer who recently returned from the Dominican Republic, capturing his entire experience on film. The DR is one of those places you HAVE to visit at least once in your lifetime...that is, if you enjoy Dimetime.
