Expressive Frontier invades New York City tonight to co-sponsor the Get Crunk or Die Tryin’ live show at the historic Knitting Factory. The event features five innovative musical acts. Scheduled to perform is Bazaar Royale, Ali the Alien, Blestenation; special guest is GC Soul Mafia, and DJ Rampage.
Bazaar Royale merges hip-hop and rap into a sound they call “Aggressive Soul”; he’s been coined as the Prince of Ghetto Metal.
Ali the Alien is a piano, and drum player who has studied with Walter Michael at Los Angeles School of Music and Chuck Donnow.
Blestenation is a psychedelic alternative arena-rap group signed to Geffen records. They have worked with and toured with the likes of Ghostface Killah, Redman, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and has worked with Method Man, Kardinal Offishall, Page Hamilton, Ladytron and Travis Barker.
GC Soul Mafia coming from Ft. Greene and Crown Heights Brooklyn, known as the “Jimi Hendrix of Hip-Hop”. GC is a rapper, guitarist, and saxophonist, bringing a new sound to the rap and rock genre to the stage.
Doors open at 10pm, show starts at 11pm, be there or be square!
