East End x Yuri: Old-School Bape

East End x Yuri was a Japanese rap trio in the mid-90's. Although they are largely overlooked by current rap acts hailing from the rising sun, we should all look for their style being continued by the likes of the Teriyaki Boyz. The music gets catchy after about the first minute. On that note, see fashion inspiration from Nigo of the Teriyaki Boyz and famed designer of the now much appreciated BAPE line. In this video Yuri, the female rapper, is seen wearing an interesting BAPE shirt, this is quite possibly the first one to hit main stream media back in 1995; this is an artifact that only the internet can provide us.
