Facebook Plans To Grind In 09'

As surprise speaker at DLD09, Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg was interviewed by Fortune's David Kirkpatrick who is currently writing a book about "The Facebook Effect". You know he's going to make bread off that. According to Zuckerberg, the number of German users is growing fast. Right now, Facebook has 2 million Users in Germany - last October, the social network had 1.2 million users (meaning a plus of 60% in 3 months). "It is crazy that it took us the first 10 months to have the first million of users but now we add that in one week", Zuckerberg said. Facebook Connect will be a big focus for FB in 2009. I remember when this Facebook craze first started my Freshman year at college. I though the whole idea was huff back then, my eyes weren't open to it's many marketing uses. Full story here

Shepard Fairey Hits Boston

Shepard Fairey, the artist behind the iconic Barack Obama Hope poster recently hit Boston with some of his new work. He pasted his Obey propaganda in various spots around the city. Fairey was just in D.C. a few weeks ago. I wonder if he did any work while he was here? Teleport for more pictures.

Fragment Design T19 - Skateboard Deck

Hiroshi Fujiwara, mastermind behind Fragment Design is outgoing not only with design collaborations through his fragment design outlet but extreme sports interest as well. This is evident through Fragment’s recent creation, a skate deck with T19. The deck features designs from both Fragment and T19 through out, including the wheels. This is like a trophy board, I like the deck, but I wouldn't ride this too often. Especially if it's one of one. detailed images after the teleport

So since Snoop we really haven't seen anyone as young and fierce as Nipsey Hussle. He's not new to the music scene, but he did give up the tunes for a while to get his bread up off some gang bang sh*t. He's back to the music now and ready to take over LA. His new single Hussle In The House goes! The track has that classic hardcore but laid back Cali feel. Peep the video below and the new single in our Major Music section
