The Fountain Of Youth, Fact or Fiction?

Ran across this joint, it's pretty interesting. A great addition to the EF Knowledge Experiment. Watch this when you have some time to relax and reflect, hit a j or something and meditate on life.

New Years Resolution, Health Agenda

Well guys, it's time to start supplementing our bodies with fresh fruits and berries, and whole grain oats. I'm bout to be on a serious no fast food, no standard food agenda. Meaning all organic food consumption, fresh vegetables, no dairy products...an almost vegetarian lifestyle. The reason you may ask, well think of this as a wellness experiment. There may be some issues with what goes into our food these days, so I'm going to spend a year eating "healthy" and note any increases in energy or brainpower. I welcome you to join the EF wellness program. I will be posting the change in food habits as time unfolds. To start this thing off, breakfast will have to become an everyday thing. Most times there is no time in the morning, but it's essential. So peep what I had for breakfast just now after the teleport.

The cereal of tribal warriors, 7 whole grain flakes & granola with black currants & walnuts. Promoting vitality of 5 body systems: heart, immunity, bone, digestion, and mind. Kashi's aim is to make natural food taste great, so besides the unique "green" product packaging, they are merely selling you boxes of nature. I fux with it tho, best cereal I've had in a while!Soy Milk is my new best friend. Try an alternate to pasteurized milk, it's a good look. All in all a healthy breakfast, to jump start the day, and promote vitality. For more on Kashi visit their website here. KASHI: Healthy Living Is Here

The Umoja Village

I was lucky to stumble upon this video, it's inspiring and makes you want to do some good in the world. There is a place in Miami called Umoja Village...a plot of land where homeless people have united to create a village. Chores are shared, shanti houses are built by village dwellers, and each person does their part to make sure the village prospers. If the homeless who have little to nothing can show such a powerful display of unity, why can't everyone else in this country? I don't even know these people but I can honestly say that I am proud of them. They are setting an example for the rest of our country. Make the best of each situation, and united we stand. Enjoy:

Knowledge Is Power Program

Nationally acclaimed KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) Charter school has received much publicity for its high success rates working with children from low-income communities. There are over 60 KIPP schools across America and they still are high in demand. Although many citizens complain about the school system in America there are some schools that actually have the kids best interest in mind. A member of the EF staff from NY is a product of KIPP, so we want you all to know what great work they are doing. Here is an interview with KIPP NYC's Superintendent David Levin on The Colbert Report. Informative and entertaining.

Famous Stars & Straps Memorial Fund

The music world was stunned on September 20th when Travis Barker, former drummer of Blink-182, and DJ AM (Adam Michael Goldstein) narrowly escaped when their charter jet crashed before take-off in Columbia, South Carolina. Sadly, both of their close associates, Chris “Lil Chris” Baker and Charles Still, did not survived the incident. As tribute, Barker’s urban apparel label, Famous Stars & Straps, just set up 2 memorial funds to benefit families of both men. To donate, please send all donations to the following address:

Our Non-Energy Crisis

It appears the rabbit hole gets even deeper. Here at EF we try to give you an alternative view on what's really going on in our country. For as many years as you've been alive, you and the rest of us have been spoon-fed (education/media/news) exactly what THEY want you to believe. Think about it, have you ever challenged what history you've been taught in school, or the news you read in the paper or hear on television stations? We know everybody just wants to live their lives, be happy and act as though everything is goodmoney in our world, but it's not that simple. It's time to stop being complacent in terms of what information you believe and accept, and start learning for yourself! Do some research, again we can only open the door for you, you have to walk through it. Here is the latest information we've researched...it seems we have a Non Energy Crisis on our hands. Is it a coincidence that Palin of Alaska is now running for VP? You'll notice how recent events are all tied together. Here is the first clip, the rest after the teleport.

People Perish From A Lack of Kowledge

Here at Expressive Frontier, the search for knowledge is always our primary mission. Welcome to the Dffrnt Wrld experiment, a new section on the blog where we offer the unknown. We hope to encourage deep thought and a new assessment on reality. Keep an open mind and as always, only trust what you can prove with your own research, we've been doing ours. This first clip takes a little while to warm up to, but there are 14 clips organized in 10 minute increments. Catch them after the teleport, (volume is a little low, crank this)
